A small, owner-operated HVAC company built on the idea that comfort should come with honesty.
How it started
Tom Reyes spent more than 15 years turning wrenches on HVAC systems across the Valley. He'd worked for big companies that pushed unnecessary replacements and billed by the hour just to pad the invoice — and he was tired of it.
So he and his wife Jordan decided to build the kind of company they'd want to hire: one that shows up on time, diagnoses honestly, and quotes a fair, flat price before lifting a tool. Jordan runs the office and the schedule; Tom runs the diagnostics and the installs.
They named it Dusty Cactus after the saguaros that tough it out in the desert heat — because that's exactly what your home has to do, and exactly what they're here to help with.
